2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you sign up via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the respective provider.
- Profile information: Display name, bio, Twitter handle, website URL, and avatar.
- Product submissions: Product name, tagline, description, logo, screenshots, website URL, category, maker name, promotional codes, and any other details you include in your submission.
- Community content: Comments, discussion posts, and replies you create on the platform.
- Payment information: When you purchase a premium launch, add-on, or sponsorship, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Newsletter subscription: Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us via email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, voting activity, and interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions and remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). See Section 7 for details.

- Display your public maker profile and submitted products

- Process payments for premium launches, add-ons, and sponsorships

4. How We Share Your Information

- Public profile & products: Your display name, avatar, bio, submitted products, and community posts are publicly visible on the platform.

- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and user management. Your account data and content are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Google OAuth — If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email, and profile picture with us. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- GitHub OAuth — If you sign in with GitHub, GitHub shares your username, email, and avatar with us. GitHub Privacy Statement

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).
Publicly posted content (product submissions, comments, and discussions) may remain visible even after account deletion, but will be disassociated from your personal identity.
7. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management. Without these, you cannot log in.
- Preference cookies: Used to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode).
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the Service.
